Ingredientes

  • 5 x Large eggs separated
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sifted flour

Direcciones

  1. Place egg yolks in a bowl, beat till very light. Add in lowfat milk and flour gradually.
  2. Mix into a smooth batter that is not too thick. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Drop large spoonfuls on a warm greased griddle. Brown on both sides.
  4. Serve warm, sprinkled with sugar or possibly spread wtih currant or possibly other tart jelly or possibly jam.
