Receta German Egg Pancakes

- Place egg yolks in a bowl, beat till very light. Add in lowfat milk and flour gradually.
- Mix into a smooth batter that is not too thick. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Drop large spoonfuls on a warm greased griddle. Brown on both sides.
- Serve warm, sprinkled with sugar or possibly spread wtih currant or possibly other tart jelly or possibly jam.
