German Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
  • 4 slc bacon, cut lengthwise
  • 1 lrg onion, minced salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 x 28 ounce can tomatoes, liquid removed, chpd juice reserved
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb elbow spaghetti, cooked (macaroni)

Direcciones

  1. Brown and drain hamburger. Lightly cook bacon; retain fat and cook onions till transparent. Salt and pepper hamburger to taste. Add in bacon, onion, tomatoes and juice, tomato sauce, and sugar to hamburger. Simmer 30 min.
  2. Add in cooked spaghetti. Put into large, greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350F.
