- Stir together flour, Large eggs, salt, and 1/2c. cool water. Beat til mix bubbles and is smooth. Add in just sufficient water as necessary. Bring 1 quart.
- salted water to boil, shape dough. Boil, til they float to the top. Swish them around in a bowl of cool water briefly and gently. Replace to warm water to keep hot.
- Can also be made in pasta maker. Add in Large eggs to c., and add in sufficient water to measure full load.
