Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Flour
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt

  1. Stir together flour, Large eggs, salt, and 1/2c. cool water. Beat til mix bubbles and is smooth. Add in just sufficient water as necessary. Bring 1 quart.
  2. salted water to boil, shape dough. Boil, til they float to the top. Swish them around in a bowl of cool water briefly and gently. Replace to warm water to keep hot.
  3. Can also be made in pasta maker. Add in Large eggs to c., and add in sufficient water to measure full load.
