German Sweet Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt BAKER'S Sweet Chocolate, (4 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 4 ounce Cream Cheese. softened
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Microwave chocolate and margarine in large bowl on HIGH 2 min or possibly till margarine is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add in 3/4 c. sugar; mix well. Blend in two Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in 1/2 c. flour and nuts; mix well. Spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour till well blended.
  5. Spoon over brownie mix; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. (Don't OVERBAKE.) Cold. Cut into squares.

  9. Cooking Time: 40 min
  10. Conventional: Heat chocolate and margarine in 2-qt saucepan over low heat; stir constantly just till melted. Remove from heat. Continue as directed.
