Ingredientes

  • 1 x Soup bone
  • 1 pt Lima beans
  • 2 c. Cabbage, minced
  • 1 x Carrot, diced
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1 x Salt & pepper
  • 1 pt Tomato
  • 1 pt Corn, grated
  • 1 x Turnip, diced
  • 1 x Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Water, cool

Direcciones

  1. Wash soup bone thoroughly and cover with cool water and allow it to boil for several hrs. Skim off the fat and add in the vegetables. Season to taste. Mix the flour with the lowfat milk and stir into soup. Cook for 1 hour and serve warm.
