- Grease a 10 Inch Spring Form Pan.
- Preheat oven to 350
- Milk Chocolate layer:
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, while beating. Stir in sour cream, melted chocolate and vanilla until evenly mixed. Pour into pan.
- white chocolate Layer:
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice until light. Add eggs one at a time, while beating. Stir in sour cream, melted chocolate and vanilla until evenly mixed. Pour over the Milk chocolate Layer.
- Bake for 1 hour or until when shook gently, the middle only slightly jiggles.
- Sauce.
- heat A small Pan and add the rum, let warm then ignite! Fire! Let the Rum burn until it puts it self out. Add Remaining ingredients. except the remaining water and corn starch. Bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch and water, Stir til Smooth. Pour into sauce to thicken. let simmer 1 more minute til thick. Chill. Serve over cheesecake.
