Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Maize germ
  • 2 c. Water Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Direcciones

  1. Wash maize germ well.
  2. Add in water and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, to avoid forming lumps. Cover loosely and cook on very low flame.
  4. Stir frequently and add in more water if required.
  5. Takes about 25-30 min to cook well.
  6. Take off fire, add in ghee, stir well well and serve with curds or possibly warm lowfat milk and sugar.
