%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20south,%20we%20love%20our%20fried%20green%20tomatoes.%20There%20are%20several%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eways%20to%20enjoy%20this%20delicious%20dish.%20In%20fact,%20my%20husband%20and%20I%20each%20cook%20them%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edifferently.%20I%20like%20them%20prepared%20both%20ways,%20but%20here%20is%20mine:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20together%20by%20hand,%20then%20beat%20in:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20should%20make%20a%20batter%20that%20looks%20similar%20to%20pancake%20batter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBatter%20Mix%20to%20use%20for%20your%20coating.%20It's%20also%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20husband%20eats%20his%20fried%20green%20tomatoes%20on%20bread,%20but%20I%20love%20mine%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20just%20a%20fork.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGhost%20Hunting%20Diary%20Volume%20IV%20-%20Review%20by%20Martha%20A%20Cheves,%20Author%20Stir,%20Laugh,%20Repeat;%20Think%20With%20Your%20Taste%20Buds;%20A%20Book%20and%20A%20Dish%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESt.%20James%20Jeepers%20Creepers%20-%20There%20are%20times%20during%20ghost%20hunts%20when%20I%20even%20scare%20myself%20silly...er...sillier.%20%20In%20May,%201998,%20an%20occurrence%20at%20the%20captivating%20historical%20St.%20James%20Hotel,%20in%20Cimarron,%20New%20Mexico%20-%20a%20place%20with%20an%20extremely%20haunted%20reputation%20-%20turned%20into%20one%20of%20those%20incidents.%20Twenty-six%20deaths%20occurred%20in%20the%20St.%20James%20so%20when%20I%20saw%20a%20man%20that%20stood%20about%206%20feet,%20with%20black%20hair%20and%20dressed%20in%20an%201800's%20style%20suit%20jacket%20the%20evening%20we%20checked%20into%20the%20hotel,%20I%20wasn't%20surprised.%20%20I%20got%20the%20impression%20he%20was%20a%20gambler%20and%20I%20gaped%20when%20he%20winked%20at%20me.%20%20This%20told%20me%20he%20was%20an%20intelligent%20haunting,%20one%20in%20which%20the%20entity%20can%20interact%20with%20our%20living%20dimension.%20%20In%20other%20words,%20the%20recognition%20worked%20both%20ways.%20%20Turns%20out%20he%20was%20one%20of%20the%20nice%20ones.%20%20TJ%20is%20a%20different%20story.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBarney%20the%20Believer%20-%20Barney%20is%20my%20husband%20who%20doesn't%20believe%20in%20ghosts.%20%20One%20day%20he%20came%20to%20my%20office,%20white%20as%20a%20ghost%20himself.%20%20He%20wanted%20to%20know%20if%20we%20had%20a%20little%20girl%20ghost%20in%20our%20house.%20%20We%20do%20so%20I%20ask%20how%20he%20knew.%20%20His%20comment%20to%20me%20was%20%22Because%20I've%20been%20watching%20TV%20and%20she%20just%20got%20up%20from%20the%20chair%20on%20the%20other%20side%20of%20the%20fireplace.%22%20%20That%20was%20just%20the%20beginning%20of%20him%20becoming%20a%20believer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20just%202%20of%20the%20stories%20in%20the%20author's%20diary%20and%20this%20is%20the%204th%20diary%20this%20author%20has%20published%20that%20I've%20had%20the%20pleasure%20of%20reading.%20%20I've%20heard%20about%20ghosts%20and%20spirits%20my%20whole%20life.%20%20I%20'dreamed'%20one%20morning%20that%20my%20grandmother%20was%20standing%20at%20the%20foot%20of%20my%20bed%20telling%20me%20everything%20would%20be%20alright.%20%20Apparently%20I%20was%20asleep%20with%20my%20eyes%20open%20because%20I%20could%20see%20her%20and%20the%20room%20I%20was%20in%20full%20color.%20%20I%20once%20bought%20a%20house%20where%20I%20would%20get%20a%20glimmer%20of%20someone%20out%20of%20the%20corner%20of%20my%20eye%20and%20freeze%20when%20I%20sat%20in%20a%20certain%20area%20in%20my%20living%20room.%20%20Turns%20out%20the%20previous%20owner,%20a%20woman%20who%20loved%20to%20cook,%20had%20passed%20in%20that%20special%20spot%20in%20the%20living%20room.%20%20If%20we%20admit%20it,%20we've%20all%20probably%20had%20some%20kind%20of%20unexplained%20'happenings'%20at%20some%20point%20in%20our%20lives%20and%20through%20reading%20T.%20M.%20Simmons'%20books,%20I%20truly%20believe%20that%20I've%20experienced%20a%20few%20ghosts%20of%20my%20own.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20yeah.%20%20If%20you%20have%20a%20ghost/spirit%20in%20your%20home,%20this%20book%20will%20tell%20you%20what%20would%20be%20the%20best%20way%20to%20handle%20your%20type%20of%20ghost/spirit.%20%20Yes%20there%20is%20more%20than%20one%20type%20and%20each%20is%20handled%20differently.%20%20At%20this%20time,%20I%20have%20no%20ghosts/spirits%20in%20my%20home.%20%20I%20have%20a%20friend%20who%20died%20in%20his%20home%20and%20the%20woman%20living%20there%20now%20has%20told%20me%20he%20comes%20back%20now%20and%20then%20to%20check%20on%20the%20items%20he%20left%20in%20the%20attic.%20%20She%20has%20never%20removed%20anything%20from%20there%20so%20he%20seems%20ok,%20but%20she%20does%20hear%20him%20now%20and%20then%20rummaging%20around%20and%20many%20times%20he%20will%20forget%20to%20turn%20out%20the%20light.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis,%20like%20the%20others%20before%20it%20are%20extremely%20interesting.%20%20I'm%20enjoying%20learning%20about%20the%20experiences%20the%20author%20and%20her%20Aunt%20Belle%20have%20gone%20through%20and%20can't%20wait%20to%20learn%20even%20more%20when%20I%20read%20Ghost%20Hunting%20Diary%
