Gilgan's Chicken In White Wine Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned
  • Flour for dusting chicken
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 sm. red potatoes, halved
  • 8 carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can white wine
  • Mrs. Dash to taste
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Dust chicken breasts in flour. Heat electric frying pan to 350 degrees. Add in extra virgin olive oil. Brown chicken breasts. In mixing bowl, put together soup, water and wine. Set aside. Add in potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic to chicken. Pour soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and salt. Turn frying pan to 225 degrees. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
