Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. ginger ale
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 dsh Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 2 x pork tenderloins (1 1/2-2 pounds total) well trimmed

Direcciones

  1. Place marinade ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Squeeze to combine.
  2. Add in pork tenderloins and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Heat grill to high. Place tenderloins over hottest part of grill and cook, turning every 2 to 3 min. Move to cooler part of grill, cover with lid and cook an additional 3 min, or possibly till internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium or possibly 160 degrees for well done.
  4. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
