Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound ginger root, scraped
  • 3 T sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 1/4 liters warm water
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Sugar to taste
  • Soda water

Direcciones

  1. Put first six ingredients in a wide mouth bottle and put in the sunshine, or possibly near a stove for 3 days. Strain, sweeten to taste. Add in 1 cup of club soda, 1 tsp cream of tartar. Leave for two days. You may cut scraped ginger root and flatten if desired.
