Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Carrots, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 1/2 lb Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3/4 tsp Grated ginger root
  • 1 dsh Salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil carrots and green beans SEPARATELY, 7-10 min each, till crisp- tender. Drain. Rinse with cool water and drain again. Chill separately if preparing ahead of time. To serve, heat butter in a skillet.
  2. Add in ginger and cook for 2 min. Add in carrots and stir over medium-high heat 3-4 min till warm. Remove and mound in middle of serving platter.
  3. Add in green beans to skillet. Stir 3-4 min till warm. Arrange around carrots.
