Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Rice Krispies Kellogg's crushed to 3/4 c.
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine softened
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Stir together Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal, flour, soda, salt and spices. Set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat together brown sugar and margarine till thoroughly combined. Add in applesauce, molasses and egg whites, mixing till smooth. Add in cereal mix, mixing till combined. Drop by level measuring-Tbsp. into sugar and roll to coat. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Press with bottom of measuring c. dipped in sugar to 2 1/4-inches in diameter.
  3. Bake at 350 deg F about 8 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets. Cold on wire racks.
  4. Store in airtight container.
  5. YIELD 4 dozen cookies, 2 1/2-inches in diameter
