Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped gingeroot
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed Pepper
  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 1/4 c. Light soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Press ginger, garlic and pepper to taste into both sides of steak; place in shallow casserole or possibly plastic bag. Combine sherry and soy sauce; pour over meat. Cover or possibly close bag and chill overnight.
  2. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Place meat on broiler pan and brush with marinade. Broil 2 inches from heat for 2 to 3 min or possibly till browned. Turn, baste with marinate and broil for 2 to 3 min longer or possibly till desired doneness. Slice steak diagonally across the grain in very thin slices. Make about 4 servings.
