Ingredientes

  • 1 x Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 x Fresh green chilli, de-seeded if wished and minced
  • 5 x Garlic cloves, minced coarsely (5 - 10)
  • 300 ml White wine vinegar, (1/2 pint)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd turmeric
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 5 x Cm, (2inch) piece of fresh ginger, grated coarsely
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 300 ml Water, (1/2 pint)

Direcciones

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large glass jar (1litre/1 3/4pint capacity) and top with a non-metallic, airtight lid. Shake to mix well.
  2. Allow the pickle to mature for 1 week in a cold dark place, shaking occasionally.
  3. This needs 1 week maturing.
