Receta Ginger Shandy #SundaySupper
This Ginger Shandy is light, and refreshing. The ginger beer adds a unique kick while the lemon and mint brings it all together.
A long streak of sun is sneaking into the darkness of my bedroom through the shutters. I adore waking up to the sun rising. The air is crisp and cool. You almost don’t want to pull over the blankets to start your day. But the sunshine puts a smile on your face and I love Spring.
Spring brings on rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth.
This year, while we continue our tradition of celebrating mothers, mother figures, guardians, etc., we are also celebrating my daughter who will be graduating from college, and my nephew from high school.
Cheers to new beginnings.
Have you ever heard of a Shandy? What is a Shandy anyway? Basically, it’s beer mixed with something non alcoholic, such as lemonade. Today I have prepared for you a Ginger Shandy that is crisp and invigorating, just like the morning air.
Today, the Sunday Supper community, along with our fantastic host Camilla from Culinary Adventures with Camilla are celebrating Mom’s. We are sharing our best dishes for this special occasion.
