Receta Ginger shortbread

- Sift all dry ingredients.
- Beat butter & sugars until light & fluffy.
- Add zest & candied ginger.
- Add dries & mix until combined.
- Roll into logs. wrap in parchment paper.
- Refrigerate overnight or freeze up to 3 hours.
- Cut into ½ inch slices.
- Bake @ 325 for 12 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
- Candied ginger can be substituted w/ toasted ground nuts.
- Ground ginger can be substituted with all cinnamon
