Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Red Lobster Cocktail Shrimp Party Platter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered ginger - (to 2 tbspns)
  • 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh mushroom halves
  • 1/2 med red pepper in 1/4" julienne strips
  • 1/2 med green pepper in 1/4" julienne strips
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. sherry Salt to taste
  • 2 x green onions minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with
  • 3 Tbsp. water Cooked white rice

Direcciones

  1. Remove tails from shrimp, if you like. Sprinkle shrimp with ginger.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add in shrimp and garlic; saute/fry 3 min. Add in peppers and mushrooms. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, salt (if needed) and sherry. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in green onions. Add in cornstarch with water; stir gently till mix thickens. Serve over rice.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
