Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar - (packed)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger root
  • 4 x center-cut pork loin or possibly rib chops (3/4" thick), trimmed of fat

Direcciones

  1. Stir together teriyaki marinade & sauce, brown sugar and ginger till sugar dissolves; pour over chops in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Chill 1 hour, turning bag over occasionally.
  2. Reserving marinade, remove chops and cook on grill 5 to 7 inches from medium-warm coals. Cook 10 to 12 min, or possibly till slightly pink in center, turning over and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
