Ingredientes

  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 dsh Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Comine lowfat milk and next 3 ingredients ; add in to dry indgredients, stirring till smooth.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 c. batter onto a warm nonstick griddle or possibly skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
  3. Yield:9 (4-inch) pancakes
  4. FYI: These taste great without butter or possibly syrup-we top them with applesauce
