Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar Sugar sub equal
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 3 slc Fresh Ginger (1/8" thick)
  • 1 sm Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 pt Strawberries, hulled and Halved if large
  • 1 lb Seedless Green Grapes
  • 1 x Cantelope

Direcciones

  1. Bring sugar, water, ginger and cinnamon stick to boiling in small sauce pan, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Lower heat, simmer, uncovered, for 10 min. Strain through sieve into a bowl. Cold to room temperature. Add in strawberries and grapes to syrup. Quarter cantelope. Remove seeds. Cut into wedges, then crosswise into bite size pcs. Add in to bowl. Chill, covered, till cool & serve.
