1 lb fresh snow peas (or possibly 1 12-ounce. pkg. frzn snow peas, thawed)

2 tsp vegetable oil

1 clv garlic, crushed

1 tsp grated ginger

2 Tbsp. dry sherry Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. Saute/fry for 2 min, till peas are tender. Toss with sherry. Makes 4 servings.
