Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 x Red onion, sliced and divided in rings
  • 2 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 sm Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 x Green pepper, diced
  • 1 x Tomato, cut in wedges
  • 2 c. Diced cooked turkey
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger root or possibly 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Prepare dressing first: Combine ingredients and mix well. Divide vegetables and turkey among four luncheon plates. Drizzle with dressing.
  2. Serve with hot buttered whole wheat rolls.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
