Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh sage sliced
  • 2 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh lime thyme
  • 1 x inch fresh ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher or possibly sea salt
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 x yam peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1 x sweet potato peeled and cut in chunks

Direcciones

  1. Pour oil into a large baking pan and swirl to cover bottom. Arrange herbs and ginger over oil, sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange yam and sweet potato chunks on top, sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees till soft (35-40 min).
  3. Serves Four to Six
