Ginisang Sigarilyas with Gata

A very nice side dish. i added chilies to put heat on it and it was awesome!

Ingredientes

  • 15 pcs winged bean, ends trimmed and sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup slices of pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • salt/fish sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 pcs finger chilies, julliened

Direcciones

  1. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  2. Add pork slices and cook until lightly browned. Stir in water
  3. and fish sauce. Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Add winged bean or sigarilyas. Cook until tender.
  5. Add chilies, stir to mix together.
  6. Add coconut cream
  7. Season with salt/fish sauce.
  8. Simmer for a minute then turn off heat.
  9. Serve.
