Gladys' Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 2 quart. cans sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. crushed, liquid removed pineapple
  • 1/2 to 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 to 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Thoroughly heat sweet potatoes with liquid, drain. Using hand mixer mash sweet potatoes and add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, large eggs, pineapple and lowfat milk. Put into a greased 2 qt casserole dish and top with the minced pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
