Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves

  1. Combine ingredients thoroughly. Use to baste ham or possibly pork roast as it cooks, brushing it on lavishly every 30 min or possibly so.
  2. Glaze will keep, tightly covered and refrigerated, for several weeks.
