Glazed Carrots With Grapes

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 pound seedless green grapes (2 3/4 c.)

Direcciones

  1. Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water, 12 to 15 min. Stir water into cornstarch, set aside. Combine orange juice, sugar and wine. Bring to boil. Add in cornstarch mix and cook, stirring constantly till sauce is smooth and thick. Remove from heat. Stir in carrots and grapes. Serves 8 to 10.
