Ingredientes

  • 2 med seedless oranges segmented, membrane removed, minced - (1 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breasts - (4 ounce ea)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Land O Lakes butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Stir together all salsa ingredients in small bowl. Cover; chill till serving time.
  2. Heat gas grill on medium or possibly charcoal grill till coals are ash white. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir together all glaze ingredients in 1-qt saucepan. Cook glaze mix over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and comes to a full boil (5 to 7 min). Serve with chicken.
  4. Place chicken on grill; brush with glaze. Grill, turning once and brushing with glaze, till chicken is no longer pink (12 to 15 min). Cook remaining glaze in 1-qt saucepan till mix comes to a boil (5 to 7 min). Serve glaze with chicken and orange salsa.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
