Ingredientes

  • 1 (12-16 lb.) country ham, trimmed and scored
  • 1 pound dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry

Direcciones

  1. Mix the sugar and sherry to create a paste. Spoon this over the ham and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs, till the glaze is golden brown and crisp. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature. Feeds a crowd with plenty of leftovers. Serves a crowd.
