Glazed Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 can (#2) fruit cocktail

Direcciones

  1. Make a well in dry ingredients and add in Large eggs and fruit. Stir gently. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle over top, 1/2 c. each, brown sugar and nuts. Bake for 55 min at 350 degrees.
  2. Icing: Boil first 3 ingredients for 3 min. Then add in vanilla and coconut. Pour boiling warm mix over warm cake, cold and serve.
