Glazed Mint Frosted Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. flour Mint Frosting Chocolate Glaze

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl of mixer beat butter, sugar, vanilla, Large eggs and chocolate till well blended.
  2. Stir in nuts and flour.
  3. Spread in greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 min or possibly till top is hard.
  5. Cold then spread with Mint Frosting. Let stand till set.
  6. Pour Chocolate Glaze over frosting and spread in thin even layer.
  7. Refrigeratetill hard. Bring to room temperature before cutting.
  8. MINT FROSTING: Beat till smooth 1 c. confectioners; sugar, 2 Tbsp.
  9. softened butter, 1 Tbsp lowfat milk and 1/2 Tsp. peppermint.
  10. CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat heat 2 Tbsp. butter.
  11. Add in 2 squares (2 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate and stir to heat and till smooth.
