Ingredientes

  • 4 quarts. popped corn
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Karo corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Direcciones

  1. In heavy saucepan stir together brown sugar, butter, Karo corn syrup and salt. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Without stirring boil 5 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Then stir in baking soda. pour syrup mix over popcorn, stir to coat well. Bake in 250 degree oven, stirring occasionally, 1 hour. Remove from oven and cold.
