Ingredientes
4 pound pork roast
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tbsp. orange marmalade (spread on roast)
Direcciones
Bake roast at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till thermometer registers 170 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
