Ingredientes

  • 2 pound spare ribs, cut into serving pcs
  • 2 tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 4 tomato wedges

Direcciones

  1. Place meat in shallow pan. Mix catsup, ginger, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and teriyaki sauce. Pour over ribs. Let stand overnight. Turn several times.
  2. Grill over warm coals about 45 min or possibly till well browned and tender. Brush several times with mix in times. Brush pineapple slices with marinade. Grill till heated. Place tomato wedges on top of pineapple slices and serve over ribs.
