Ingredientes

10 ounce dairy-free chocolate chips, (1 1/2cups)
1/3 c. rice syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. kudzu
2 Tbsp. unfiltered apple juice Or possibly more if needed

MAKES 2 2/3 C. DAIRY-FREE
Place chocolate chips in top of double boiler over barely simmering water over medium heat. Stir till melted. Stir in rice syrup and vanilla extract till blended.
In c., dissolve kudzu in apple juice; stir into chocolate mix. Cook, stirring constantly, till creamy and cloudiness has disappeared, 2 to 3 min. If icing is too thick to spread easily, stir in a little more apple juice. Use immediately.
