,%20for%20now%20I%20wanted%20to%20very%20quickly%20post%20the%20flour%20blend%20I%20use.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20recipe%20I%20started%20with%20was%20a%20traditional%20white%20rice%20flour%20blend%20but%20quite%20honestly%20it%20didn't%20turn%20out%20baked%20goods%20that%20I%20really%20enjoyed.%20It%20turned%20out%20a%20sandy/gritty%20cookie%20and%20the%20yeast%20breads%20had%20this%20taste%20that%20I%20couldn't%20identify%20and%20definitely%20didn't%20like.%20Thankfully%20there%20are%20many%20pioneers%20in%20the%20gluten%20free%20baking%20world%20that%20taught%20us%20about%20some%20new%20flours,%20namely%20sorghum%20and%20brown%20rice,%20along%20with%20teff,%20amaranth%20and%20millet.%20I%20will%20gladly%20use%20any%20of%20these%20flours%20and%20while%20I%20am%20not%20going%20to%20get%20into%20the%20nutritional%20qualities%20(links%20I%20will%20provide)%20I%20will%20just%20give%20you%20the%20recipes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20like%20to%20use%20the%20brown%20rice%20and%20the%20sorghum%20together%20along%20with%20using%20all%20of%20the%20starches%20to%20hopefully%20get%20the%20best%20of%20all%20of%20them!%20I%20could%20be%20wrong%20and%20I%20may%20change%20it%20all%20eventually%20but%20for%20now%20this%20works%20for%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETry%20any%20of%20them%20and%20let%20me%20know%20how%20they%20work%20for%20you.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoup%20is%20on%20the%20back%20burner,%20I%20have%20been%20testing%20some%20recipes%20and%20thought%20maybe%20you%20all%20might%20need%20a%20flour%20blend%20recipe!%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBasic%20info%20and%20Nutrition%20Info%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
