Receta Gluten Free Yogurt Pancakes
When my bestie sister told me that she was going to make me her very special yogurt pancakes this past Sunday, it would be an understatement to say that I was excited.
Only a foodie would be positively tickled pink at the thought of yogurt pancakes. Something new! Healthy! And made with my fave 0% fat FAGE Greek Yogurt!
Gluten Free Yogurt Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt (I use 0% fat FAGE Greek)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt Dump the above ingredients into a medium sized bowl and whisk together! Spray a fry pan with non-stick and heat over medium. Pour the batter in to form smallish pancakes. Flip once the pancake is set. Cook until lightly golden.
Serve with powdered sugar :) –which Ella calls “cheese”
Bestie Sister Tip: Make silver dollar sized pancakes. If they’re too big, the center will not cook all the way through.
I LOOOOVE the consistency of these pancakes! <3
Crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. And in all honesty…it tasted JUST like a funnel cake. All day I couldn’t put my finger on what the taste reminded of, but that’s exactly it. Funnel cakes.
I can’t wait to make these tomorrow morning!
I get the Triumph Dining e-newsletter, and this week they had an awesome link to a list of Gluten Free Halloween Candy!
Be safe this Halloween with this list! I was SO excited to see Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins. Hint Hint Great Pumpkin!!
