Ingredientes

  • CAREFUL
  • 4 quart Tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 x Yellow onions, lg
  • 1 1/2 c. Jalpeno pepper, FRESH
  • 1/2 c. Refrigeratepepper
  • 2 c. Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 2 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard seed, white
  • 1 1/8 tsp Cumin

Direcciones

  1. Chop tomatoes into 1/4" cubes. Food process all remaining ingred. till coarse grnd (about 1/16" max.). Combine all indred. in lg pan, bring to boil slowly.
  2. Cook at low boil stiring frequently till mix turns dark while sterilizing 5 quarts of canning jars & lids; keep jars atleast 250 F in oven.
  3. Pack jars, seal immediately then submit to warm water bath. Allow jars to cold, verify seals then store in cold, dry, dark place for 60 days before using.
