Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt phyllo dough
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounce fresh goat cheese
  • 2 c. mixed greens - (rounded)
  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced black olives
  • 1 tsp minced fresh thyme

Direcciones

  1. Remove phyllo dough from package and cover with a dry towel. Using a pastry brush, spread extra virgin olive oil on 1 sheet of dough. Place another sheet on top and brush with more oil. Repeat 3 more times to finish with 5 layers.
  2. Cut the dough into 4 equal squares. Place each square on an inverted ramekin on a sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 5 to 8 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Make the vinaigrette by simply mixing all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Cut the 8 ounces of goat cheese into 4 equal parts. Place the goat cheese into the phyllo "c." and put in a 300 degree oven for about 2 min. Remove from oven and place onto a plate. Toss the greens with the vinaigrette and place on top the cheese. Serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
