Receta Godo's Nadsballseggs....IE: Eggs Benedict
I have this friend who lives in Germany. Somehow, she made boiled meatballs sound appetizing. Really....they're boiled. I'll try them sometime this week. However when I mentioned that I was going to make Eggs Benedict, her reply was "I don't know what that is. In Germany, we say eggs like you say balls" As I sit here in stunned silence, I figured I'd write out Balls Benedict recipe.

- Toast each half of the muffins until the just start to brown
- Poach each egg until the whites are set and the middle is still liquid
- Fry the bacon/pork roll
- Assemble the muffin with the bacon and egg on top
- Pour the Hollandaise sauce on top
- Sprinkle the Paprika on top
- Make the Hollandaise Sauce:
- Mix the egg, lemon and Chicken broth
- turn a pan on VERY low heat and add mix
- continually whisk until the edges just start to bubble
- Take off heat and add a TSP of butter, whisking constantly.
- Move pan back to the heat for 15-20 seconds
- Take of heat and add another TSP of butter
- Continue until all the butter is used.
- Serve immediately
