%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20hungry%20family!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20the%20left:%20Yau%20Mal%20(i%20didn%E2%80%99t%20try%20any%20cos%20there%20was%20ALOT%20of%20food)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20the%20right:%20dear%E2%80%99s%20chicken!!%20It%20was%20well%20liked!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAccompanied%20with%20the%20sauce%20i%20made%20from%20the%20leftover%20brown%20bits%20from%20the%20pan%20(as%20learnt%20from%20Chef%20Michael%20Smith)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWas%20intended%20to%20be%20mushroom%20based,%20but%20the%20mushrooms%20turned%20bad,%20so%20a%20whole%20onion%20was%20used%20and%202%20garlic%20cloves%20and%20the%20bown%20bits%20from%20the%20pan,%20and%20leftover%20marinade%20(plus%20extra%20made%20for%20sauce).%20Turned%20out%20not%20too%20bad!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDipped%20with%20the%20beer%20bread!%20DELICIOUS!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20top%20is%20Grandma%E2%80%99s%20lotus%20root%20and%20peanut%20soup.%20Nothing%20beats%20Grandma%E2%80%99s%20though%20a%20little%20more%20salt%20would%20help.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20bottom%20is%20some%20dory%20fish%20and%20prawns.%20Deep-fried%20by%20Akak%20Jean,%20but%20not%20too%20oily,%20i%20think%20the%20oil%E2%80%99s%20temp%20was%20quite%20high.%20so%20it%20was%20good!%20Dory%20fish%20marinated%20with%20dried%20thyme..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELeft%20is%20some%20brocolli%20Akak%20Jean%20made,%20and%20the%20right%20is%20sweet%20and%20sour%20prawns,%20with%20some%20egg%20added%20in%20to%20the%20sauce%20for%20a%20twist.%20I%20do%20not%20know%20why%20my%20PB%20bottle%20is%20there%20though.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDessert:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EApple%20crumble.%20Ok..%20i%20have%20to%20admit,%20it%20is%20not%20as%20wonderful%20as%20the%20ones%20from%20Delicious,%20Ms%20Read,%20but%20these%20are%20not%20bad%20for%20first%20timers%20like%20us.%20The%20top%20i%20guess%20was%20not%20crumbled%20enough,%20so%20there%20was%20clumps%20of%20margarine.%20But%20it%20still%20crisped%20up%20quite%20nicely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd,%20yes%20we%20finished%20all!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWatched%20So%20You%20Think%20You%20can%20Dance,%20and%20was%20sleepy%20and%20stuffed-what%20pigs!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
