Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 c. shredded carrots, packed
  • 3/4 c. finely minced walnuts
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. grnd chocolate (Hershey's baking cocoa)
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 T Half and Half cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounce sweet white chocolate
  • 3 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 T butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix oil with sugar; add in large eggs, mixing well. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix. Fold in carrots and nuts.Grease bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cool 30 min. Spread with frosting (below).
  2. Heat chocolate with butter in microwave. Add in rest of ingredients mixing well. Pour on warm cake; spread evenly.
