Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt , (1 lb.) dry salt codfish
  • 4 x Cooked potatoes, cut in thin sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 12 x Ripe olives, minced
  • 5 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper.

Direcciones

  1. Prepare fish as directed on package. Dice. Saute/fry potatoes in oil till golden brown. Remove potatoes. Brown fish in same oil. Add in 1/2 of the potatoes with olives. Combine Large eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Add in to fish mix cook, stirring gently for 4 min. Serve with remaining potatoes. serves 4
