Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Corn meal, yellow
  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 . In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in lowfat milk, oil and egg; mix till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into 9x9 inch Square Baker. Bake 20-23 min or possibly till cake comes out clean.
