Golden Nugget's Famous Bread Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Half and half
  • 8 ounce Whipping cream
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 1/2 x White bread slices
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Raisins

Direcciones

  1. Mix well: Half and half, whipping cream, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla. Arrange bread on bottom of 10x12 pan. Pour mix over bread. Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle over bread.
  2. Spread raisins over top. Cover with foil and bake in water bath at 400 degrees for 75 - 90 min.
