Ingredientes

  • 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 2 c. sifted flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat cheese and butter till fluffy. Stir in flour. Refrigeratefor 12 hrs or possibly more. Shape dough into 1" balls and press into 1 7/8" muffin tins to make crusts. Crimp edges to resemble regular pie shell, if you like. Set aside.
  2. To make filling, beat Large eggs till thick. Add in sugar, vanilla, salt and melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pecans. Fill each shell 3/4 full. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till done. Make 60 tiny tarts.
