  • 1 dozen Large eggs
  • Lowfat milk
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Boil Large eggs. Peel Large eggs, cut in half putting the yellow yolk in separate bowl from the whites that you cut into pcs. Make a white sauce and when thickened add in the white egg pcs. Make toast and spoon mix on top. Over this grate the egg yolks and eat.
