Golfers' Crock Pot Roast

Ingredientes

  • 4 lb beef roast - (to 5 lbs)
  • 4 x potatoes
  • 2 x onions
  • 5 x carrots Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 5 ounce soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 ounce bourbon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before.
  2. The next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add in 1/2 c. marinade. Set crock pot on LOW and cook 10 to 12 hrs.
  3. Now go enjoy your day at the golf course.
