- Prepare the bhel puri first.
- Add the kurmura, onion, potato and chutnies in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of the bhel and fill each gol gappa.
- Sprinkle sev, chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
